Rules and Limitations of VibroStretching

The Biomechanical Stimulation (BMS) method is a safe and effective way to improve health, restore muscles, and increase mobility. However, for maximum effect, it is important to consider individual body conditions and follow the rules of application.

Key Principles

• Gradual start — begin with gentle stimulation to allow the body time to adapt.

• Supervision by a specialist — sessions should be conducted under the guidance of an experienced trainer.

• Preliminary diagnostics — it is advisable to undergo a medical check-up before starting a course.

• Consultation with a physician — especially in cases of chronic conditions or risk factors.

Contraindications

General

• Fever, infections, acute inflammations

• Implants and prostheses (require caution)

• Aneurysms

• Recent thrombosis and thrombophlebitis

Local

• Recently sustained fractures (until fully healed)

• Epilepsy

• Pacemakers

Special conditions

• Multiple sclerosis — only during remission, without overloading the nervous system

• Diabetes — avoid use immediately after insulin injections

Safe Application

• Undergo diagnostics before starting.

• Adjust the program individually.

• Exclude contraindications and consult with a doctor.

With the right approach, VibroStretching delivers fast and safe results, minimizing risks and enhancing its positive effects on the body.
