About the Method

Here you’ll find answers that will help you understand what VibroStretching is and who it is suitable for.

What is VibroStretching?
VibroStretching is a combination of classical stretching techniques and Biomechanical Stimulation (BMS) technology. Vibrational impulses are directed along the muscle fibers, which helps to deeply work the muscles and fascia, improve elasticity, release tightness, and accelerate recovery.
Who is this method suitable for?
VibroStretching is suitable for everyone: from beginners to professional athletes, from children (5 years and older) to older adults. Programs are selected individually.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes. Sessions are not conducted in cases of acute injuries, chronic diseases in the stage of exacerbation, pregnancy, oncological conditions, and a number of other states. If in doubt, consult your doctor.

Equipment

Learn more about what we train on and why this equipment is unique.

What is special about your equipment?
We use original Swiss next-generation vibration trainers — based on technologies developed for NASA astronaut training. The equipment is certified, safe, and used in professional sports and rehabilitation worldwide.
What is the Sobolev Trainer?
The Sobolev Trainer is specialized equipment designed for posture correction, prevention, and recovery in cases of spinal disorders. It gently engages the deep back muscles, improves joint mobility, and strengthens the muscular corset. Training on it is suitable both for prevention and rehabilitation after injuries and can also be included as part of a VibroStretching program.
What is the bioDensity Trainer?
bioDensity is an innovative system of high-load static-dynamic training without impact stress on the joints. The method is based on scientific research proving that short-term high loads stimulate bone strengthening and muscle strength development. This trainer is especially beneficial for osteoporosis prevention, increasing bone density, and improving overall strength. It is safe, suitable for people of all ages, and complements VibroStretching sessions.

Effectiveness and Results

What this method provides and why it is effective.

What results will I get?
  • Improved flexibility and mobility;
  • Release of muscle tightness and tension;
  • Increased strength, endurance, and faster recovery.

The first changes are noticeable after just a few sessions.

How exactly do vibrations improve flexibility?
  • They enhance the stretching of muscles and ligaments, making it deeper and safer;
  • They activate the fascia, improving fluidity and coordination of movements;
  • They help prevent muscle tightness.
How does VibroStretching speed up recovery?
  • It stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic flow, helping to remove metabolic byproducts faster and reduce swelling;
  • It accelerates tissue regeneration through high-frequency impulses;
  • It is used in rehabilitation programs to restore mobility after injuries.
How safe is the method?
  • Intensity and vibration frequency are individually adjusted for each client;
  • The technique is based on natural body movements and supported by years of research.
Does it help with weight loss?

VibroStretching accelerates metabolism, improves circulation, and promotes the elimination of excess fluids, which indirectly supports weight reduction.

Can I achieve the splits?
Yes. The timeline depends on your initial level of flexibility, but with regular training, significant results can be achieved in as little as 2–4 months.

Training Process

What you need to know before your first visit.

  • Assessment of your current fitness level;
  • An introductory training session with explanations of the technique and sensations.

Just wear comfortable sports clothing and shoes.

How long does a session last?

On average — 60 minutes (warm-up, main part, cool-down).
